Genesis

Sega Mega Drive (MD) was originally named “Genesis”, due trademark dispute, Sega unable to register it in US under Genesis, and thus, it was rebranded as Mega Drive.

Genesis was directly competing with SNES, resulting as one of the fiercest battle in console war.

Genesis is still popular in retrogaming community, and kept alive by emulation. There are Genesis emulator in PSP, PS2, etc.

Gens and Kega Fusion are two most powerful Genesis emulator.
