VisualBoyAdvance


VisualBoyAdvance (commonly abbreviated as VBA) is an emulator of the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance handheld game consoles sold by Nintendo. There is also VBA-M, which is modification of original coding by group of programmers.

Bios is not required, but recommended for more accurate emulation. It should also be noted that controller configuration will be reset to original keyboard assignment if VBA is running without controller plugged.

VBA-M development is currently in progress and has received several minor updates in 2008 and 2009.
